Before I became a builder
in 1993 I was drafted out of high school in the 2nd round by the St. Loius Cardinals. I spent the next 8 years toiling through the minor leagues
always striving to get to the next level. Most of that time was spent with the Cardinals but also included a brief summer with the Cleveland Indians
and a spring training with the Chicago Cubs. My career took me all over the U.S. including my highest level of AAA Memphis, TN in 1999.
After giving up the dream of the major leagues in 2001, I took my off season and part time remodeling business full time. I started full time as a builder in Ashveville, NC. But, soon after headed west where I worked as a carpenter for Bob French in Southern California. After my son Judah was born, I moved our family to Medway MA, where I began working for myself as a remodeleing contractor and cabinet maker. My experience as a self taught finish carpenter and cabinet maker has been the foundation on which I have built my business and reputation. By learning the last things first I have always been keenly aware of the numerous details that accompany every job. |
